Kazak Rugs derived from a city called "Kazak" in Northwest Azerbaijan. The Patterns used in Kazak Rugs are, geometric, repeated, medallion and Eagle. The distinctive designs in Kazak Carpets can be easily recognized. The colors used in "Kazak" are normally blue, red, green, yellow and white. Similar to Khal Mohammadi and Chobi, Kazak Rugs are woven with natural dyes and Ghazni hand-spun wool which produces soft varying shades and abrashes causing a beautiful sheen. The decorative, geometric pattern and lovely color palette make them very much attractive.
